I have lived here at Creekwood for almost a year and it seems to be getting worse instead of better. The manager is to busy spending the night with residents to stay focused on us. I have recently had trouble with my air conditioner and no one seemed to care. I requested that the maintence supervisor come to my apartment to fix the air and I was told that the he was no longer here and that they would get someone to look at it. What a joke!!! The people here don't care about us only our rent payments.I know for a fact that the other maintence people were not only using drugs but also selling them in my parking lot. Would you want them coming into your home' Not me. I went 3 days with out my air because no one cared even in the heat of summer. I don't blame the old supervisor for getting his wife and kids out of this place. He was the only one who cared about us. I will not stay here anylonger than I have to. My lease is up in November and I am gone. Did I mention that parking is awful and people here leave trash everywhere.

No, the manager is Susan Allen, Shannon is one of the only honest and caring office staff member they had. However, she is gone to due to managerial politics. Big mistake, the girl in there now is horrible to us and other residents when they come to the office. I've heard from my neighbors that a lot of people are gonna be moving out as soon as they can.

I know Shannon and you are right she did her job and did it very well. I was very shocked to hear the news that she is gone because she has been there for so long and knows all the residents and knows the property like a book. I lived there a long time ago and met my husband there and I am so disappointed to know that it is going so downhill. I hope it gets better for the people like you that used to love it there.

Susan Allen is a great person and as a matter of fact her father owns this place so she does care a lot about this property!
