I have lived in several different apartments both on the Gulf Coast and elsewhere in the last 10 years, and I can honestly say that Creekwood North has overall been an okay experience.
However, there has been a disturbing downward trend in the quality of living there recently, and all the while they've jacked up my rent by almost $200 per month in a little more than a year. It would be one thing to hike the rent and blame it on the hurricane and insurance rates. It's another thing to do that and downgrade apartment fixtures like showerheads, allow too many cars in the parking lot and not clear the garbage area frequently, all of which have happened at Creekwood North recently.
Point is, it's okay now and getting worse, so have a close look and shop around carefully before settling on it. You don't exactly get what you pay for here right now, even when adjusted for inflation.
