I have been in these apts for 4 years now, the apts are good but they are not constructed well so you hear noises from neighbors. Courtesy officer is never available and manager never listens or helps with complains. The rent gone up with no work done in the apts. Not a good place to live in though is convenient to school and bus stop.

Maybe the manager won't listen to your complaints because all you do is complain about every person who lives around you. Maybe you should get a house.
