I've been living at The Oaks for almost a years now, and I am quite pleased with the service there. The management has changed, but the service has remained the same. They are refacing the pool, and the maintenace man is quite helpful! The prices recently went up a bit, but they are still quite reasonable. It's located close to shopping, schools, and the beach in a very quite neighborhood. It is also located between Gulport Naval Construction Center and Keesler Air Force Base. The casinos are close by as well. All in all, a great bargain.
