This is a very nice place to live.
The open floor plans are nice with plenty of room.
Maintenance is EXCELLENT, they are there within 5 minutes somtimes.
Noise is not a problem, The staff and tenants are friendly, and it conveniently across from the community college.
The only downsides I can think of is the gate does not work often, my car stereo got stolen, and parking is not good.
The over head parking is just a piece of tin on rods which you have to pay for.
And lastly our rent just went up $110.
WOW.
Overall though, it is a pretty good place.
