This place really has gone down since Katrina and the hostile overtaking of the new "communist" company. The grounds stay filthy; always covered with litter. The "gated entrance" has not been repaired going on seven months. AND, rent and deposits seem to steadily rise while discounts disappear. Nothing like a company that punishes people who have no where else to go after a life-altering disaster. Thanks again, Arlington!
