THE PLACE IS AWFUL LOOKING SINCE KATRINA AND THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HELP AT ALL. IF THEY ARE NOT FLIRTING AND MAKING OUT WITH RESIDENTS, THEY ARE TRYING TO LOOK LIKE THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE UNDERTRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE DISCOUNTS ARE GONE AND PRICES ARE NOT WORTH IT. BUT ITS WORST IF YOU TRY TO GET OUT OF THERE. NO ONE SHOULD EVER CONSIDER LIVING THERE!!!
