My husband and his friend had picked this place before i moved down.. at first it wasnt so bad.. the people were nice. they fixed things it took a bit but they did it in a timely matter. then management changed and i HATE THIS PLACE!

our roommate moved out and we're packing our things to.. let me list a whole bunch of problem!

-they now lock our boxes away!! we need to ask for them, im a grown adult and i feel this is stupid..

-parking sucks.. so they make a rule they will tow your car if you dont hve a parking permit.. this might work if they actually inforced it..

- our fridge has been broke since month 3 and they have yet to fix it, a year later..

-washer and dryer are broke we asked them to fix it, they came and "fixed" it and its worse then it was before. so now we rent a washer and dryer we ant use.

-we get a fine for dog poop when we have no dog!

-our neighbors are loud they did nothing about this, i hear them fight everyday cause of these paper thin walls.

-our dishwaser bearly works.

- if you use the sink water is everywhere all over the floor because of the way the focet[sp'] is positioned

-our stove is bent..

-they did apartment checks for their budget.. told us we had brand new carpet.. BULL ----.. someone before me had a dog there is dog hair and stains everywhere, someone tried to clean it with bleach! right in the living room

-the towel bar in the bathroom is broke in half and i've cut myself on it many times.. they said they fix it never did

- the door shut so loud!

-our apartment was broken into while i was home.. and thank god i got out. we told the it was because our one window will not lock.. they did nothing about it

- the pool is never clean!!!!!! it is gross when you go swimming and find a used band-aid!

- the bathroom at the pools is never clean never has toilet paper and i wanna gag..

-the fitness room is sad.. nothing works besides an out dated tred mill and the other one is broke..

-we've asked for a face plate for the one outlet..but they have never done that either

-people leave ---- outside their doors all the time but we got in trouble for having our valet trash can out.. everyone else does but we get in a warning no one else

-because of the valet trash when you walk outside it smells horrible and since i've been pregnant i threw up several times becuase of that
