Let me just say that the old Manager, that was here since the hurricane, ran this property into the ground. The gate NEVER works, so don't let the staff tell you that it is a gated community. The grounds are HORRIBLE. The only picking up that gets done around here is when the maintenance staff can get on the golf cart. The residents are left to pick up the rest. The old manager told us that we could have a satellite anywhere. Well, she told us wrong. When the new staff came in for a couple of weeks, they showed us in our lease that we were breaking our lease. The new staff only stayed for a couple of weeks and they did more in a couple of weeks than I saw the previous manager do since she came after the hurricane. There are constant noise complaints as people throw parties a lot. Thehot tub is broken, the fitness center is dirty and let's not even talk about the laundry room - filthy! The apartments on the inside were supposedly re-done after the hurricane - NOT. They are small, dirty, and you can hear everything your neighbors do. My neighbor had mold in his apartment and the old manager told him to spray bleach in the carpet. My neighbor did that and he was admitted to the hospital that evening. When the temporary management was there, they called someone from a different company and they were out immediatley. NOw, it has me worried about mold in my apartment. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
