Not the worst but damn close....

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Unless you like last minute notice about maintenance, people just walking into your apartment, random notices for money with no explanation, flea filled apartments, a pool filled with people that don't even live in the complex, and a manager with a crappy attitude, this place isn't for you. I'm currently kicking myself for signing a year lease.
