I lived at Arbor walk from February 07 til February 08. My room was always leaking because there was some issue with the plumbing and every so often whenever my upstairs neighbors would take showers or do laundry, my bathroom and carpeted closet and hallway would flood. I would come home to a huge mess at least once every six weeks. The maintenance would always take a couple days and after a while my carpet would smell horrible. Also, I had AC problems big time and would be caught in the dead heat of summer without AC. After cleaning from top to bottom and moving out, I have yet to receive my deposit back! I have called several times and they would say that the check is on the way in the mail and I have now been moved out for a year! It is February 09 and I have yet to refunded my deposit. Pass this complex up and live somewhere else.. It is not worth all the money! I promise!
