Lived here for the last year. Very loud! People party all night long with loud thumping music, throwing beer cans and bottles all over the place, and leave trash bags all along the sidewalks outside the apartments even though they are suppose to be fined for doing so. Management is suppose to let current tenants approve their roomates before they move in. We have had 4 move in (2 moved out before their lease was up) and only approved 1 of them! Never even knew 2 of the others were moving in, and the rooms are never cleaned or painted (which is required by law where I used to live before they are rerented). Parking spots are small and most people can't park very well in them, especially when they are drunk, so they take up 2 which makes it hard to find a spot, especially at night. Electric bills are crazy, you never see an actual bill just what they say you owe which has varied from $8-64 each month even though there is an electric allowance per room. Needless to say, leaving when my lease is up!
