1st of all, make sure you are rooming with ppl you know and can stand! 2nd of all make sure that you arent the neat person and the others are slobs! i hate living in this aparmtent (needless to say my lease is actually up this month adn i will be moving out next week!). Dont get me wrong the apt complex is nice. The only negative things i can say about it is that they lie (lol there is no basketball court, even tho i dont play ball, but still its a lie), there is a front gate which is supposed to work and close for security purposes but no. one of the tenents or some of their company hit the gate and it broke which was at the beginning of the year. but did the mang fix it...NO! hell we pay 435 each!! that is 1740 for each apt!! hell they could take that money and fix the gate. ppl are very noisey here. the stairwells are nasty. the maintenence is... i dont even know.. the dryers are bad when they get too hot they tell you to just move them away from the wall and i do believe thats their job to come fix it but they just get on the phone and make smart comments in the back ground and tell you what to do. the food disposal thing, dryer, and the dishwasher had to be fixed. i live in the 2nd bedroom which had a leaky window and (oh that had to be fixed about 3 times, which still leaks, eve the maintenance said that they didnt install the window correctly) its just a mess.. i HATE living here, gosh i cant wait til i leave. good luck if you ever consider living here.
