This is in regards to some of the reviews I seen concerning Eagle trail apartments.
The bug issue has to do with mother nature....the wooded area around the perimeter causes insects and they swarm toward any type of lighting.the humidity really helps breed bugs of all kinds and this is the south.....
u can get insect repellents...bug zappers for hanging outside when having a bar-b-que..and insect candles...
As far is the armed robbery in the parking lot and thank GOD noone was hurt... ....the guy was caught and apprehended that night due to having a security officer on duty that also stops speeders and people playing their music toooo loud...
so the Manager cares enough to have a security officer there for you and living on the complex is two law-enforcement officers for help ...
You can go to any place and there is ALWAYS going to be a issue with some type of shady activity going on...not everything can be stopped but it can be made clear that most things are being done to protect the tenants...if you go to the mall, a club, a rich neighborhood u could be robbed-that is LIFE....
some apartments/tenants were robbed by ex-friends, ex-girlfriends, that was seeking some kind of vengence-that comes with student type living...some were caught also on this type of offenses....yes ,those things happen in all kinds of places...you got the good and the bad..
As far is the carpet is concerned, you view the apartment before u movie into it for accpetance reasons....I WOULD NEVER AGREE TO A APARTMENT WITH BAD CARPET...

My daughter lived in a apartment that was $450 and she didn't
get any of the things listed about...
just a plain =simple apartment with one parking space but she
did have washer and dryer hook up..
