I have lived here and I got one of the "remodel" apartments. So everything but the dryer was new. So the inside was lovely. However, the grounds were not. When it rains if you live on the top floor you will get soaked. Then if you step on the stairs while it is raining it is like stepping in a puddle of deep water. The grounds are also like that and tends to flood but, not into the apartments. Its just something you need to see. The management is great so that is a plus. Just dont get on lindas bad side. Lets see than there is parking that horrible. Other than that it is a goodo place to live
