I have nothing terrible to tell about Fountainbleau. Don't let the gold paint throw you off, they're surprisingly nice and well-kept on the inside. I had old appliances but they worked OK. I had washer and dryer in my apt. which is kind of rare. My one bedroom was really big and the location is literally across the street from USM. Linda (the landlady) and the fix-it people all live in the complex and are easily accessible. They keep up the grounds well. Parking never a problem. Biggest draw would be the location and having washer and dryer. Not the quietest place but not the loudest either. Linda does a good job of breaking up parties. She's very nice if you stay on her good side. If you have good credit, I'd look into one of the higher number Mark apts. if Fountainbleau doesn't pan out.
