If you can afford Fountainbleau, it is a great place to live. For college students it is great because it's right across the street from campus. The remodeled townhouses are soooo nice!! Linda is also very nice, so long as you pay rent on time :).
I also like the 9 month leases; Linda is really good to work with college students. The only drawback to me is the price.
It's also really handy how the police and maintenance live in the building.
Also...last thing...the courtyard is beautiful!
