I've lived here for the last year. We have made several "repair requests" for our washer that leaks horribly AND makes the most horrible sounds during the spin cycle. I've had a tarp on my "bay" window for the better part of a week now, with not progress being made. Management is okay at best, and prices are a bit inflated due to convenient location to USM.

Not the worst place i've been to, but as soon as my lease is up, i'll be out of there.
