Pros: Upscale apartments compared to most in Hattiesburg; friendly and helpful management; maintenance pretty quick (if important)

Cons: can get noisy, but not often; wild dogs/coyotes roam from the neighborhood behind apartment complex

My husband and I found Foxgate because it was among the few rental properties that would allow cats. Our experience in living at Foxgate has been pretty good. The management staff is very friendly and they helped the tenents greatly right after Katrina. If you are looking for a nicer place to rent, I would recommend Foxgate.
