This place is horrible. The staff are soo nice to you when you move in but after that its all over. Dont even bother to ask them to do anything right at all. It is always something. I also feel that they are greedy. Look at the place and their asking price.. Really are you kidding me.. Ha. The place is horrible. Roaches are the worst problem . ... and noise.. count sleep OUT!! And non of the extras ever work.. Hot tub.. gone.. Pool always closed.. work out gym... Ha thats a joke. Nothing works in it... it all together is really sad... The apts. need major major major help...

That hot tub as not been there for years so what! I don't know when you think the pool is closed, maybe in the middle of the night!!! I have never seen a bug! I don't think you even really lived there. It sounds nothing like Foxgate!

This is true... roaches are there! I live there now in a 3 bedroom and almost had a freaking fit when I seen this jumbo cockroach in my cabinet. The tubs have this water back up that's just gross and nothing that I'm used to. The staff is VERY friendly, that's a plus. The apartments are nice, but a lot of the wall paper and stoves and light fixtures should be upgraded for the price. The pavement is cracked and very bumpy and will wear good tires out. I have a storage space on the patio and I've never seen the inside because the door will not open. This is my second apartment. My first one was very nice "Grand Magnolia Apts.," but they were liars! Nothing that we were promised was ever built and I lived there for a year. These apartment prices are ridiculous, and I'm about to build a house-brand new... no rings in the tub from previous tenants, no DOG poop on the lawn, no loud neighbors and that is going to be wonderful.

Unfortunately, we live in the south where bugs exist. If you are having pest control issues, please call the office and we will have an exterminator come to your apartment. Also, hair can get down in the drains and cause the tub drains to back up. If you will please notify the office, we will have our maintenance staff come and clean out your drains. Finally, if you will please call the office, I will explain how to get into your storage unit on the patio. If my suggestion does not work, I will have maintenance take care of this issue for you. Please give us a call at the office, we are truly interested in seeing as many of your problems resolved that is within our capabilities. Sincerely, Management
