Moved into this place with my bf and his mother. 2 bedroom apt. Clean, quiet apartments. I thought from the beginning that the apartments were way to expensive, its nice but hell not 775. a month. The pool is dirty, I don't want to hear people say its clean cause I would not swim in that. The gym, oh I mean cubicle, is meh. Dogs yapping all day long, ---- piles everywhere so don't think about playing in the grass ever. My main problem is the harassing when the payment is 12 hrs late. Please be very careful when you sign the lease, really read it and be prepared for any obsessive charges for being late. I understand that is how most apartment complexes do for late payers but if you can't afford over 100.00 dollars in late fees then this place is not for you. Greentree apartment down the road is a much better option. I lived there for a bit but had to move here. These people want to scam you that is all. I am not a deadbeat, payed rent on time every time but forgot this once. I walk in there with a check in my hands for $775.00 and was told to buy a money order or cashier check. So 12hrs later my check that they have been cashing for over 6 months is not good anymore because its late. I know my mistake but please they will jump down your throat if you forgot to pay rent one time. So I urge you to really check your options before dealing with these crooks cause now I realize they just want every penny you ever earned. Oh and the ------- in the office, if you enjoy -------- being spewed to you then you will fit right in here.

I hate to break this to ya kid???. if you don???t pay on time bad things happen such as, late fees!! I don???t know where you get the idea that you just can???t pay somebody and they say???oh sure that???s fine. That???s with any company for you phone, housing, electric etc. So grow up and pay what you owe and get over the fact that life has late fees. Get your thumb out of you mouth and put you big girl panties on.
