Foxgate sure doesn't have a shortage of ---- roaches. The staff is usually really nice. There is also a spider problem. If you don't see roaches when you first move in, it's because those creepy crawlers are hiding in the oven. Be extremely careful when you sit on the toilet and flush because they always overflow. If you plan on walking outdoors, just don't walk on the grass because you could walk on a poop terd. Hopefully, nothing in your apartment breaks because you could be waiting about a month before it gets fixed. If a hurricane hits and you lose power, don't bother calling emergency maintenance to turn on the power because they won't return your call until the next workday. No more than one person can enter the kitchen, so if you are a heavyweight, you might want to suck it in. If you so happen to see things darting out from the corner of your eye, don't question yourself if you think there are invisible entities in there. Just face it, there are better places to live.
