On the surface Mark IV sounds great. I lived there happily for almost 5 years...until new management came. Now the grounds are rarely kept neat and I know of SEVERAL people who complained about things (such as leaks, etc) and got threatened with eviction. If you're daring enough to live there, be careful.

Well, I enjoyed my stay there, but have to agree with you on the leaks...

I think it's because they are old apartments. A new roof is needed. Paint too.
