I loved Mark IV! There were assigned parking spaces, washer/dryer units, nice closet space & plenty of sq. footage. The area was nice & quiet & I loved all 3 landlords. (Yes, there were 3 different ones in my 2yr stay) I did, however, have the issues with my roof leaking a couple of times when the weather got really bad. I was in a "Katrina" apartment. Meaning, one of the other tenants told me that the roof was blown off from Katrina before I moved in. Other than that...loved it!
