I have lived at Mark VI for four years now and would recommend the experience to anyone. There is a lot of space and a very quiet atmosphere. I've always had maintenance problems fixed quickly and I've never seen a bug or other rodent. There is usually a waiting list, but it's worth waiting it out because you can't beat what you get for the price. The only complaint I could even possibly think of is that we have speedbumps that are much too high!
