Management may be rude, but they have to be to keep this place as nice as it is. I have lived here for five years because it is quiet, clean, and because management IS strict. When I have a complaint about something, they handle it immediately - even at midnight. They have never been rude to me. In fact, they are extremely nice to those who are here to abide by the reserved parking rule, noise ordinance, one guest at the pool/workout room, no pets, etc. These rules keep Mark VI the best apartments in town. They are the largest for the money and they look brand new with great appliances. My guests are always impressed with my apartment.
