I would never live at Mark VI again!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The management is hostile and manipulative. They drive around spying on the residents. I moved out before my lease was up and now live at another apartment community in Hattiesburg. The other reviews claim that Mark VI is the best place to live in Hattiesburg. I strongly disagree with that claim. I wouldn't be surprised if Management themselves put that posting on here. The community where I live now is wonderful and I do not regret moving from Mark VI apartments.
