I lived at Mark VI for over a year. It used to be decent looking but the rusted peeling paint on ALL of the stairwells and huge cracks in the driveway make the place look like a DUMP!! I agree that the management is rude to tennants and without going into a long story...I was manipulated & duped by one them.
Also I had to clean my porch when I first moved in. I reported the condition of the porch to management and requested that it be cleaned...it was full of a sticky dark gummy type substance all over the doors and windows...They never cleaned it. Took me several hours and 2 bottles of Goo-Be -Gone to clean. I'm now happy in a different Hattiesburg apt complex and I can't recommend Mark VI.
