Great place to live, can't beat the price

It is a quiet complex with friendly neighbors. The rooms are very large and well laid-out (for the 1-bedroom that is). Parking has never been an issue. Management handled all problems quickly and courteously.
You definitely cannot find a better place for the money in Hattiesburg. I highly recommend this place, if you can get an apartment. This place stays at capacity, so if there is an opening, jump on it.
I have to say, the only thing I would complain about is the parking lot (awful speed bumps).
