The apartments are very nice. However the management is very sad. Mainly this one particular woman who works in the office. She is very very rude to customers and takes no pride in her work. She would be much better suited saying "Would you like fries with that'" Not having to deal with peoples homes.

I know who you're referring to I think that lady is more than indifferent, imo she's rude.
