Mark 6

Ive lived in a single br for one year now and have had no issues. THe inside is spacious and a bargain in the area! They are quick to fix maintenance requests. MGMT is strict/abrasive but its for a reason, it keeps the complex really livable. Ive lived at Parkwest and would recommned Mark 6 over it. Ideal for quite singles/couples and older couples, not for the party college crowd.

Well I agree about the rude managment. I didn't like the way the maintence people hang around like they are watching you. That felt too intrusive. And the liotering by maintence got worse when they started taking over the parking lot near the dumpsters every saturday for a baseball game. Hattiesburg has enough public parks where these maintence guys who work at Mark 6 could have held their baseball games. They didn't have to take over the parking lot. Rude inconsiderate intrusive staff.

Ive honestly never saw the maintenance staff unless requested. I do see those guys playing cricket on the south end, but it never really bothered me aa my apt isnt near there.
