We moved into this apartment to escape our previous loud apartments. The management said this place was 100% quiet. They, obviously, lied to us. There are noises they had to have known about. The floors/ceilings are paper thin. Not only can you hear people loudly stomping around but if you live on the second floor you can hear everything going on in their apartments. From TVs to just telephone conversations.

Pest control is amazing. Management and maintenance are nice. However, no rules are enforced. There's enough parking but everyone here is rude and my car has been damaged multiple times. There is constant noise 24/7. Blaring TVs, stereos, screaming couples and kids. Tenants are very rude and inconsiderate of others. It's impossible to study here. This place has gone from fair to horrid. Look into some other place to live.
