Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived here from August 2004-January 2006. At the time, rent was only $410.00. Month-to-month was $435.00
PROS:
Vast space (even more if you apartment is on the end)
Includes washer and dryer
Spacious walk-in closets
Vanity area
Pest control on time!
Repair requests completed same day AND they leave a notice stating what they repaired or if it was repairable
Management is friendly and will work with you
CONS:
Neighbors upstairs (if you live downstairs)
PARKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My gosh, to get a good parking space, get home before 5:00 p.m.!! I live in the very last apartment all the way in the back and I had to park ALL the way in the front. They have okay lighting but they could have did the layout way better.
