Pros:
1) The complex is virtually brand new; new appliances, carpet, the works, so you don't have to deal with decades old stains or smells.

2) The gym is excellent, almost never crowded, with all new equipment and almost anything you need short of major free weight stations for body builders.

3)Pool is nice, but during summer is always overcrowded and quickly becomes party central on weekends.

Cons:
1) There was (and probably still is) a major pest problem in the front 2 buildings, rats that were there for months. I knew 2 different couples that moved out because of this, as after numerous complaints there was little done to fix problem. Probably some moron who lived like a pig caused brand new buildings to get infested, but management should have acted faster none the less.

2) Management isn't the greatest in the world; a water shut-off they claimed would last one hour turned into about 36 hours, and the rat problem from above was complained about alot with little result, other than half of rent back for the complainers. But, overall, they're friendly and easy to deal with, b/c you see them only once a month.

3) Parking/noise can be problematic in the front of the complex, b/c of a few groups of college guys and a few morons with jet skis, four cars, etc... Get near the back and you'll be fine; more parking and a nicer view!

Overall:
A little pricey, but for all the new stuff probably the best deal in town if you've got the cash!!!
