It is a pretty nice place to live, the walls are very thin, so you can here everything that goes on, on all sides of you. The college kids tend to get very loud on Saturday nights, but that is probably with anywhere in Hattiesburg. Lots of parking, nice management. Horrible courtesy officer. The insides are very pretty and they are quick with maintenance requests. A little pricey, but besides the thin walls, worth it.
