I have been living at the Reserve since July 2004. The Staff....what can I truly say Ms. Haley & Amber are the greatest. Always having a wonderful and positive attitude. If I have any problems it's resolved immediately. The treat the residents with kindness by having "resident apprecitation days" I have two children ages 11 and 9 and the area is such a safe place for them. The staff always looks out for the. I remember some mornings my son would leave his lunch box outside while waiting at the bus stop and Ms. Haley or Amber would call me at work just to let me know that they had gotten it and put it in the office for me. I love where I live and I love the people. Heritage Properties is one of the BEST managed properties I've ever lived at.
