I lived at The Reserve for about two years and I felt it was overpriced. It seemed that the apartments were built quickly and without quality materials. I had cracks in my walls that they would just paint over. And after the storm the manager was nowhere to be found. I was concerned about the damages in my apartment and could not get in touch with her. I could also hear everything through the very thin walls and it sometimes became a problem.
