I moved out of here last summer and lived here for about two years - it was actually the nicest apartment I've ever had (almost a 1500-sq. foot 1 bedroom I think), and mine was brand-new at the time. Rent went up while I was living there but they kept mine down because I was one of the original tenants. Staff are incredibly nice, especially Cheryl King if she's still there. Considered expensive for Hattiesburg but would be unreal to find this at the price anywhere else. I had a loud downstairs neighbor but generally it's not too bad. There was a storage room in my apartment that ran the entire length of the (huge) living room and was basically a room in itself. It was kind of like having a house. They're cheaply built and won't last forever but it's good for now. They're under new management since I left. Most apartment managers I can take or leave, but as of last year everyone working there was fantastic.
