Bottom line, these apartments are a joke! They offer a deceptively wonderful appearance from the outside, but the interior is where all the fun begins. I never believed one could hear a person fart through a wall. But this apartment complex has proven me wrong. Every step taken, every door closed, and toilet flushed in other apartments can be heard in your apartment as if it was right next to you. I beleive the only thing seperating my apartment from the next is plywood and sheetrock. The place has a police after your pet policy when you take them for a walk, but I belive only a handful of us tenents adhere to this as I am constantly dodging doggie landmines when I take my pooch for his daily stroll. The staff is overly courteous to your face, but I believe they truly have little care and concern for what takes place in their complex. In my opinion, save the almost thousand dollars a month they charge for rent and go buy you a house, you will thank me in the end!
