I just recently moved in at Twin Oaks and I am completly happy. They had an awesome move in special and reasonable rent rates. They are visually appealing on the outside and the inside. I have not heard any noise from any of my neighbors yet, but it is an apartment so I'm sure I will at some point which is to be expected. Everyone has been very helpful. I have lived in alot of apartments over the years and I will say that so far this has been the best community I have lived in. Hope this helps.
