I moved from Westover last summer for many reasons. Maintenance stole from us regularly came in without notice, constant construction, ants, complacent management. It was quickly becoming a ghetto when I moved. The rent went up $100 after Katrina. The maintenence sucked. Completely. My air cond. went out 5 times in 2 years. I had constant water leaks.The girl, Erika, in the office was rude & had rather talk to her boyfriend than help you. I left my apartment in good shape but later recieved a bill for $600.00 to paint 1 room! Yes....1 room. All of my other friends who moved from there got $1000.00 & $550.00 bils about 4 months after moving. I couldn't beleive. Also, my privacy was constantly violated. They would say they were doing inspections on a certain day & might come 3 days later. They even did one on Valentine's day!!! Beer parties at the pool. I could go on.& on. & on.
