Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2008
 
I've been a tenant at Westover for just over 12 years, which should say everything. The staff has been like family and is always willing to listen and help with any concern I may have. I've had numerous neighbors above me over the years and for the most part it's always been very peaceful and enjoyable.
Maintenance is sometimes a little slow but has always taken care of any situation that may arise.
