Love it here! I have lived in Parkwest Phase I for a little over a year now and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I love it here. The staff has always been extremely nice and assisted me with any problems that came up as quickly as they could. I never hear noise coming from the aparment

Best Price inTown I love living here. The staff is nice and the grounds are well kept. Anytime I have had a maintance request, I have called them and they have been out without 24 hours to fix any issues. The roomate matching is great. I love my roomates.

I love Eagles Trail I have a positive experience living at Oceangate Villas for 1 1/2 years. Managers took care of problems and the place was kept clean. No complaints. Going to campus from the apartments is easy with the shuttle. It is nice living with other college students.

Eagle's Trail I have visited Eagle's Trail a couple of times, and it is a great place to stay. I really enjoyed the apartments that I have been in! They are very homey and nice! If I decide to go to Southern, Eagle's Trail will be on the top of my list!!
