I have lived here almost 2 years and seen one ownership change and atleast 10 different managers. Maintenace is horrible, example went 2 months without dishwasher. I have resorted to fixing most maintenance issues myself. Mold in Apts they tried to fix problem seems to be mostly in bedrooms now states in lease tenant is responsible. Insulation, our bedroom in the winter ice cold, summer its a oven. Bugs you name it I've seen it, my wife is home every day no exceptions they have sprayed our building once. We used to pay water bill directly to utilities, now we include in rent our water bill has tripled. We've had a couple of good managers that have made things better but nobody seems to last. Parkings good, cop lives on premisies. Would I recommened this place absolutely not
