Sutton Place appears to be nice on the internet, but don't be fooled. I wasn't highly dissatisfied given the price per foot and close proximity to pretty much everything you need, but I am glad I am out. The property itself isn't all that bad, but there are some pretty trashy people that live there. Luckily I never had any problems with my car getting tampered with, although I was kind of expecting it. The lake is nice to walk around, but there are all kinds of beer cans and garbage in the back where kids obviously come out and drink. Also, good luck getting something fixed when you request it - you have to hound them to get anything done. The ladies in the office are friendly - just kind of lazy. The garbage dumpster is sort of far away from most apartments and is often overflowing with trash.
