Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005

I've been a resident at Tulane Park since May of 2004. I signed a 14 month lease is the ONLY reason I'm still here. We signed a 14 month lease supposed to go from May 1, 2004 until June 30, 2005. Now, that we've turned in our 30 day notice to vacate, they are trying to say we owe them for July also because thats when our lease is up! The management here is so rude. My air conditioner was broken for 3 weeks with me calling every day before someone finally came out to fix it. The neighborhood is so bad, our friend's car got stolen out of the parking lot and we had only been gone for 3 hours. This has been the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
