I HAVE LIVED HERE AT TULANE PARK FOR OVER A YEAR AND IT WAS REALLY BAD!!!! NOW THAT THESE YANKEES ARE RUNNING IT, ITS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. MANAGEMENT AND MAINTANENCE HAS REALLY COME A LONG WAY. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THEY HANDLE ALL OF MY CONCERNS VERY QUICKLY. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE KNOWING WE ARE FINALLY IN CAPABLE HANDS.
