This place is the most poorly maintained place ever! The garbage constantly over runs the compactor and flows into the yards and then when the wind blows it blows the garbage all over the complex! It is nasty! Just drive through it on the weekend sometime and you will see!

We were broken into and I know of someone else whose car was stolen! And we are across the street from the police department!

Very expensive for nothing -

Bug sprayer comes un-announced and just barges right in because they have a key. Barely give you time to get to the door and they unlock it and walk right in.

We never see management except to get a notice that says don't do this and don't do that - but they can't maintain the place properly'

Noise is a SERIOUS PROBLEM - upstairs has no respect for others and landlords do nothing.

Building is just 2 years old and there are cracks everywhere! They have only changed our air filter once! - (of course we have done our own)
