I don't know why someone would write such ugly things. I have lived here at Tulane Park for three years. I have never had a problem that maintenance has not come to fix shortly after I called it in to the office. They are even very easy to reach afterhours. I had a leak from my neighbor that moved in upstairs about six months ago and i had to call them on a sunday afternoon. They came and fixed everything that they could at the time and had the carpet people come and wetvac. They were very quick and effective. I have never had an issue with the staff, they have always been extremely polite and helpful. And I seriously can not believe that someone would acuse them of burning down the office. That is slander, and illegal. I stood outside with many of my neighbors the night the office burnt down, those poor girls in the office went thru a very difficult time trying to make everything as normal as possible for the tennants here, my heart went out to them. The landscaping is very nice as well. I cant think of any reason why someone would not want to live here.
