I've lived here since the place was built 3 years ago-I'm the only one to have lived in my apartment and I have yet to have ANY of the problems that this person speaks of. My sister and I walk almost everyday on the treadmills in the workout facility and have never smelled "weed". This is one of the quietest communities I've ever lived at and there are only 60 or 70 apartments here, so it is small. Every maintenance request I've called in has been taken care of within a day or two-(the maintenance man is here 5 days a week!) I have only seen some pole lights out once and the next day, a company was out fixing them.
Our new Manager is nice and respectful and gets the job done. She is nothing but pleasant each time I've needed her for something-she lives on property-that should say something!!
I feel the person who wrote all of those negative things is just not a happy person and will probably write stuff like this for every place he lives. I'm so sure that the manager and maintenance would just constantly refuse to help. I too have had noise complaints that I've made -- and the manager has come to my house and knocked on doors of my neighbors to take care of the problem. I've locked myself out and she came at 230 in the morning to let me in. I broke my laundry door off the track and she herself came to fix it!!
I think this person who wrote this crap needs a new hobby and stop finding joy in being miserable.

I think that both of you are right about certain issues. You are right about these apartments being nice, but the complainer was right about a lot of issues. For one the walls are very thin you can hear the neighbors above you and beside you. When Kemis ( the apartment manager ) was replaced earlier this year2009, I didn't receive anything introducing me to the new apartment manager. I thought that was unprofessional. Secondly there is this fool that plays his music very loudly in the parking lot everyday and on into the night. Management has not addressed the issue! It has been going on since the new management arrived! Some people must have been complaining because their was something in the monthly news letter about loud music, but that is hardly the way to address the PROBLEM! I do believe that some of the quieter neighbors within the last 2 or 3 months have not renewed their lease because of this problem. I feel sorry for the other three families who have live beside him/her. It's totally disrespectful to be asked to pay your rent each month on time but your issues can't be handled in a timely fashion or at all. To everyone reading this message YOU PAY RENT HERE AT WEATHERSTONE we shouldn't have to be harassed by this music eveyday. Please go and complain! Don't just move because Weatherstone Apartments will start to fill the apartments with anyone that can fill a lease, and when the community starts to go down hill you only have yourself to blame!
